FOR TRAINS DEPARTING ASHLEY HUDSON FESTIVAL
Beat the heat and enjoy complimentary ice cream from Scoops Ice Cream on a train ride through the Indiana countryside! These family-friendly, roundtrip passenger trains depart 212 N Wabash Street (behind K-Tech) at 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM. Seating in deluxe coach, our dining car, and our open-air cars are available. Trains operating during the Ashley Hudson Festival will be diesel-powered. Ticket sales begin August 5th at 6:00 PM.
FOR TRAINS DEPARTING ANGOLA
Beat the heat and enjoy complimentary ice cream from Scoops Ice Cream on a train ride through the Indiana countryside! These family-friendly, roundtrip passenger trains depart downtown Angola and leave several times daily and feature seating in deluxe coach, our dining car, and onboard entertainment from Gia’s Balloon Buddies. Trains typically operate north toward the Indiana/Michigan state line or south toward Steubenville. Children 3 and under who do not occupy a seat do not require a ticket.
The Ice Cream Train will be powered by Nickel Plate Road steam locomotive no. 765 on May 24th, 25th, and 26th, and powered by a vintage diesel locomotive on all dates in June and July.
Friday departures are at 4:00 PM, 6:00 PM, 8:00 PM
Saturday departures are at 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM
Sunday departures are at 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, and 5:00 PM

What to expect
Riding aboard a vintage train can be an exciting and memorable occasion. With the exception of our open-air cars coaches, all cars are climate controlled and restrooms are available on board our train set and at the boarding site. Ice cream is served in easily portable cups as you board the train.
